Yashnand Engineers & Contractors Pvt. Ltd. is executing the construction of multi-storied government residential towers under the Smart City Mission at TT Nagar, Bhopal for the Bhopal Smart City Development Corporation Limited. The project forms part of the urban redevelopment initiative aimed at modernizing government housing infrastructure within the Smart City framework while integrating sustainable and energy-efficient design standards. The development comprises six residential towers providing a total of 700 residential flats including 336 flats across three F-type towers and 364 flats across three G-type towers. Each tower includes lower and upper basement levels dedicated for vehicle parking. The project covers a total built-up area of approximately 1,13,336 sq. m., representing a large-scale high-density residential infrastructure development. Construction is being carried out in accordance with GRIHA sustainability standards to ensure energy-efficient and environmentally responsible building practices. The scope includes complete civil construction along with integrated building services and external infrastructure development including internal electrification, plumbing and sanitary systems, firefighting installations and fire alarm systems, low voltage and IT systems, external water supply networks, drainage infrastructure, internal roads, landscaping and horticulture works, street lighting and security systems including CCTV and boom barriers.
