Yashnand Engineers & Contractors Pvt. Ltd. successfully executed the construction of a 100 seat Medical College Campus at Datia, Madhya Pradesh, comprising academic, residential and hospital infrastructure along with complete utility services. The development included the construction of the Medical College building, hospital block, library, hostels, staff quarters and the upgradation of the MCH block integrated with full water supply systems, sanitary works, internal and external electrical installations, sub station infrastructure and mechanical systems including lift installations and associated building services. The campus spans a total built-up area of approximately 73,752.56 sq. m with a maximum building height of 19 metres. The project involved extensive structural works including large-scale earthwork operations, reinforced concrete works in M15, M20 and M25 grades and substantial masonry construction. Architectural finishing activities included flooring and dado works across more than 80,000 sq. m. The development incorporated advanced infrastructure systems including sewage treatment and effluent treatment plants, 800 kVA transformers, internal and external electrical distribution networks with sub station and high tension line works, extra low voltage systems, lift installations and comprehensive fire fighting and fire detection systems integrated with campus electrification.
