The project comprised the construction of 1120 LIG (Lower Income Group) multistoried residential flats along with 80 shops including complete internal infrastructure and development works within designated plots in Ahmedabad. The residential towers were executed as G+10 floor structures using shear wall monolithic RCC wall and slab construction technology, ensuring structural efficiency and uniform construction quality suited for large-scale urban housing. The total built-up area of the development is approximately 82,558.80 sq. m. with a form finish concrete shuttering area of about 3,33,676 sq. m., reflecting extensive use of monolithic construction systems. The scope included architectural, structural, sanitary and plumbing, firefighting and electrical works along with infrastructure development comprising internal roads, horticulture development and associated site services executed on a turnkey basis. The project also included land development works, road infrastructure and cross drainage works required for the residential development.
